Conventional, Analog Fixed Hybrid Training

The principles and applications taught in this traditional, free-hand immediate fixed-hybrid denture training are advanced and foundational. This cannot be understated. Learning to perform full-arch, immediate-load procedures, using a free-hand approach, is fundamental to mastering a guided immediate-fixed hybrid approach. Techniques in photogrammetry will be discussed.

• Rationale for angled and straight posterior dental implants and their advantages and limitations
• When is it ideal to perform a fixed-hybrid denture using all-on-four, five or six dental implants?

• How to minimize chairtime for optimal patient care, efficiency and profitability
• Impression techniques that achieves a passive final dental implant prosthesis
• Basic principles in zygomatic and pterygoid implants when there is limited bone in the maxilla
