Dr. Barrie Matthews graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Matthews established his Big Sky Smile Centers in Miles City and Sidney, Montana. His practices have been limited to dental implant therapy since 2022. Dr. Matthews follows a fully digital approach, including his in-house laboratory. He utilizes advanced photogrammetry technologies that allow him to begin printing a 3D full-arch provisional within 20 minutes of an intra oral scan.

Dr. Matthews is an alumni and member of Full Arch Masters and has completed each course in their curriculum. He also is an alumni and mentor for the Implant Pathway Continuing Education Program. Dr. Matthews is passionate about sharing his experience with dental colleagues and enjoys mentoring doctors. Dr. Matthews is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
