Dr. Barrie Matthews graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2006. He established Big Sky Smile Centers in Miles City and Sidney, Montana. His practices have been dedicated to dental implant therapy since 2022. Dr. Matthews uses a fully digital approach, including an in-house laboratory, and employs advanced photogrammetry technologies that enable him to start printing a 3D full-arch provisional within 20 minutes of an intraoral scan.

Dr. Matthews is an alumnus and member of Full Arch Masters and has completed all courses in their curriculum. He also is an alumnus and mentor for the Implant Pathway Continuing Education Program. Dr. Matthews is passionate about sharing his experience with dental colleagues and enjoys mentoring other doctors. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Montana Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
