Dr. Vishtasb Broumand is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a graduate of the University of Miami Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and the Marx Fellowship, with a focused expertise in maxillofacial reconstruction. He maintains a full-time private practice at the Desert Ridge Oral Surgery Institute, where his clinical work centers on advanced implant reconstruction for complex cases.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Broumand serves as an Associate Professor in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at the University of Arizona, Banner University Medical Center. He is the editor of Atlas of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Clinics and has served as editor for three volumes of Clinics of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (2025–2026), published by Elsevier Inc., focused on Implant Solutions for Complex Cases, including graftless solutions, grafting strategies, and digital workflows.

Dr. Broumand devotes the majority of his clinical practice to the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with missing teeth using zygomatic, pterygoid, patient-specific, and conventional dental implants, incorporating the latest digital technologies and workflows.

In 2018, he founded Total Dental Implant Solutions, an advanced dental implant training center based in Phoenix, Arizona. Through live surgery courses in the United States and internationally, Dr. Broumand has trained nearly 500 surgeons in zygomatic, pterygoid, trans-nasal, trans-palatal, patient-specific, and full-arch implant techniques, while also teaching his complete digital workflow at the Desert Ridge Oral Surgery Institute.
